I personally wouldn't because I think it's still too similar to family even without blood, I imagine it would give me a feeling of disgust to think about if I actually did have step parents. It could also cause drama and stress I don't need

Depends. Some step parents genuinely do act like and step in as parental figures so if that's the case then no, but if she's just some random bitch who I don't really think about as true family then maybe I'd consider it.
