I've thought about moving to Ethiopia to "ascend" (I have the physical features and appearance of someone from that part of the world). My chances of "ascending" there are probably infinitely better than they are in the USSA (I mean, the chance of 1% I'd have over there is literally infinitely higher than 0% chance I have over here ).
