Botswana is still owned co owned by British through agreements with the royals there in Botswana. It is not under complete control of Bantus because there is considerable economic captaining by none Bantus primarily British. So Botswana does not count at all as an example of Bantu management.

Rwanda is not Bantu management it is Cushite. See the attached screenshots below.

South Africa obvious same like Botswana , it has alot of none Bantu influence and captaining of the economy so doesnt count.
