I think they'd do fairly well yeah - they're successful and good looking (Don more so, but both look fine).

I don't think the misogyny would be a deal-breaker either - I do think most women only really care about that if you're ugly and/or poor.

However, they'd have to be careful with their conduct in the workplace these days of course if they wanted to keep their jobs. Personally I think we've taken a step back though, because I highly doubt that any society can thrive if it's matriarchal, and that's the direction Western civilisation is going in now.
