Would a hair transplant be worth it just to regrow temples and slight recession?

My hair progressed to an M shape and I lost my temples before I got on duta. Duta reversed some of it but I doubt I'll get what I lost back. Maybe I'm NW1.5.

Even though I don't go on dates it still bothers the shit out of me when I look in the mirror.

Should I consider a hair transplant to get back my NW0 hairline? Would they charge less since it's not a lot of hair to replace?

Is it worth it to fly overseas to Turkey to do it like @itsOVER did?
