Experiment Would a 5'9'', ethnic, 5-6/10 guy benefit from shoe lifts?

It's 100% a benefit with no downside the only question is whether the difference is enough to make an impact. The biggest effect will probably be on the wearer himself psychologically even in his day-to-day so that he feels less like a subhuman and that's always a good thing.

If he manages to fraud to 6' in total then yes the benefit would have its effectiveness.

3 inches lifts might be a little sus if you saw it IRL though.

5'8-5'10 all you need to do is gymax

under 5'8 and it's over no matter what unless you look like johnny depp (when he was young)

In general, lifts are super obvious because they make you walk weird
and when you get caught, bitches are going to just laugh right in your face

you are way better off just getting a dress shoe or boot with a big heel
people will still know it's not true height but it's socially acceptable in most cases

there was a type of lift I read about that put material in the middle instead of so much in the heel
that could work maybe but it's custom made shit that will cost like 500 USD

sooner or later you will get caught unless you are a ninja
and when that happens it will be very embarrassing

average in country is like 5'8-5'10 is it OK?
