Worst state to be in the USA?

In your opinion, what is the worst state to be in for an incel/ugly guy? I've been in alot of states, and from experience I can say that most southern states have some of the rudest and most narcissistic people I've ever came across, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, etc. What is your experience with different states in the US? This may be off topic, so my apologies if it is.
