Even if it gets to that point it, there will maybe be some battles in Iran but not anything in the mainland, Shanghai alone has a population of 25million there is no reality where an army occupies that and all the other Chinese cities. Might get some cool naval battles which America will win easily.
Its gonna be interesting seeing how how the divisions between Europe and United States plays out especially if things get bad economically over the next 10 years.

American air craft carriers are sitting ducks those would be easy to take out especially the long distance they have travel to get to China. The only way America wins that war is if they use nuclear weapons first or some sort of biological weapon.

Russia is completely occupied with Ukraine so there's very little chance they would do anything, while the Chinese have limited ways of helping Iran. Anything they could send would have to be through air or sea, and that's if they wanted to, since they seem quite uninterested in actually moving out of their home turf.

Probably just more cooperation and free trade between them, plus the EU and India could move to get less dependant on US tech and American financial institutions. China has counterparts to a lot of US tech, but I highly doubt that either the EU or India would start using those, they'll probably go for open-source stuff or create some themselves.

If it goes in the direction of the Europeans being ass hurt do to imperialism from the United States it could turn into sanctions on America and trade between China and Europe if goes left and right regarding sanctions even direct confration between Europe and America. The first use of nuclear weapons outside of being used to end the biggest war in human history and after decades of them being hyped up and it made clear what they can do, along with solidifying the world's division into different blocs by showing not just the blocs' boundaries but also making it clear that there won't be a conquest of one by the other. That would be quite the sight to see
