Venting Working with foids (wagecels, GTFIH)

Two foids quit suddenly because they found better jobs, and one is on maternity leave, and now I'm doing the work of three. Yet, no one understands or cares, and when things get complicated or hectic, I look like the idiot

I understand. At work there was a foid who shat out 2 kids and was on maternity leave for a long ass time, came back and got a promotion almost straight away. I fucking hate foids.
