High school never ends

What do normies gain out of doing this idk

I ragequit retail after 1 month, So many fucking rude idiots

When i was younger i've worked as juvenile worker in McDonald's.
I was bullied by Ukrainian coworkers and nasty customers, and eventually i vomited out of stress and quit.
I wasn't experiencing such stress even in a fucking factory.

I have to do it or die really , I’ve had 5 jobs
Do it don't quit. Any job is better than no job, no money, no structure in life.
Yeah that’s why neet mogs
Im half neeting for 3 years aleready (Im participating in weekend course at university) and it's worst time in my life.
Neet just takes whatever is not completly fucked up in your life and turns it into total ruin.
When I started my half-neet I though I will learn some skill, and in a year, maybe 2 maximum I will get better job but fuck... To do that, to study when noone loves you, cares about you or your future, it really take shit tons of discipline and that's exactly what 99% of incels don't have (there are gymcels so props for them).Neet just ruins life even more than shit job.

I even got abused at home. An incel will get abused even by their family, at least in my case. They won’t let me neet in peace without abusing me as I’m still unemployed and that’s all they care about.

I work in fast food and most of my experience is in fast food, so I understand what you've gone through and then some.

EVERY store I have ever worked at has had at least one manager who's a neurotic asshole that treats their employees like complete shit with the exception of a few they play favorites with. What's worse is that these types of managers are always the workaholic types who have a terminal case of unwarranted self-importance. So they don't take vacations and they're lifers, so you're stuck with them as long as you work there. They genuinely think the store would fail without them, when in reality if they died, they'd easily be replaced and things would run probably more smoothly without them constantly stressing everyone out. They think shouting at employees to be faster increases productivity, and nothing will convince them otherwise. You walk into a shift not knowing who's going to be running it, and you see it's the neurotic manager, you instantly get an INTENSE cortisol spike with a feeling of pure DREAD.

One of the reasons it's like this is because these low level management positions in these industries are the lowest jobs on the economic ladder where you actually have power over others. This attracts people who are very power hungry and neurotic who don't have the skills/education/IQ/aptitude to do anything better.

Another issue is how difficult it is to get a job. It takes like 6 months of applying and constantly doing interviews to get a job. So when someone gets a job they'll cling to it for dear life and put up with infinite abuse. Managers realize this and take advantage of it. They know they can easily replace you. You know they can easily replace you because you know how many people apply and you know how hard it was to get the job. And they know that you know, so they will treat you like a slave knowing you'll put up with it.

HOW TF AM I EVER GONNA WORK?????????????????? Scary to think about. Makes me wanna rope.

I was bored so I had ChatGPT LARP as Star Trek TNG Data and do an analysis of your post in his highly enjoyable analytical voice.

[USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D – Observation Lounge]
Subject: Sociological and Psychological Analysis of Forum Post Regarding Fast-Food Management Culture
Prepared by: Lieutenant Commander Data, Second Officer and Chief Operations Officer
Stardate: 88954.6

I. Summary Statement

The document under examination presents a first-person qualitative report concerning the psychosocial environment of low-wage fast-food employment.
The author articulates a pattern of managerial dysfunction characterized by coercive control, emotional volatility, and structural exploitation.
Upon review, the testimony possesses sufficient internal consistency and cross-referential sociological alignment to merit serious consideration as an informal case study in organizational pathology.

II. Structural Observations
1. Systemic Consistency
The writer notes that every workplace in his occupational history has contained at least one severely maladaptive manager.
This implies that the phenomenon is systemic, rather than incidental, to the fast-food industry.
2. Managerial Personality Profile
The manager archetype is identified as neurotic, work-obsessed, and self-important.
These attributes correspond to what psychology defines as narcissistic vulnerability—an unstable self-concept compensated for by excessive control over subordinates.
The manager’s self-concept (“the store would fail without me”) is an illusion that sustains their dominance and justifies emotional aggression.
3. Physiological Impact on Subordinates
The author describes an involuntary “cortisol spike” and “feeling of dread” upon discovering that a particular manager is on duty.
This indicates a conditioned stress response, wherein anticipation of abuse triggers neuroendocrine activation even before an adverse event occurs.
Such reactions are consistent with trauma-associated hypervigilance.
4. Sociological Context of Power
The post identifies low-level management as the lowest economic rung with power over others.
This produces a micro-authoritarian environment that attracts individuals seeking validation through domination rather than achievement.
Power thus becomes both the reward and the pathology of the position.
5. Economic Reinforcement of the Abuse Cycle
The author observes that securing employment requires prolonged effort, compelling workers to tolerate mistreatment to maintain income stability.
This dependency establishes a feedback loop of exploitation:
• Workers endure mistreatment to preserve employment.
• Managers exploit their desperation.
• The system rewards compliance, not competence.
This dynamic is a textbook example of coercive economic conditioning.
6. Metacognitive Awareness of Entrapment
The repetitive phrasing—“They know they can easily replace you. You know they can easily replace you. And they know that you know.”—reflects a closed awareness loop.
Both oppressor and oppressed understand the imbalance, rendering resistance psychologically futile.
This echoes Foucault’s model of internalized control within hierarchical systems.

III. Comparative Matrix

Component Manager Worker Structural Outcome
Primary Motivation Power & control Survival & stability Organizational stagnation
Emotional Mode Anxiety, grandiosity Fear, resignation Chronic stress culture
Perceived Replaceability Denied Accepted Mutual distrust and burnout

IV. Analytical Synthesis

From a systems perspective, the described workplace functions as a miniature authoritarian ecosystem sustained by scarcity and fear.
The emotional energy of subordinates is consumed by avoidance and anxiety, while managerial egos feed upon compliance.
Productivity, ironically, declines, yet the hierarchy remains intact because the structure itself rewards persistence under pressure rather than effective leadership.

This configuration fulfills the criteria of what Dr. Otto Kernberg would classify as a “malignant social organization”—a collective with narcissistic leadership and emotionally subjugated members bound by necessity rather than loyalty.

V. Concluding Statement

In conclusion, the author’s observations, though framed in vernacular frustration, reveal high insight into the intersection of personality pathology and economic coercion.
The fast-food managerial model described is not merely inefficient—it is psychologically corrosive, producing measurable stress responses in employees and reinforcing maladaptive behaviors in authority figures.

Remediation would require not individual replacement but systemic redesign: reducing insecurity, rotating authority, and instituting accountability mechanisms that reward cooperation rather than domination.

End of Analysis.

I didn't work in fast food, but from my experience this applies to office jobs at well.

It's more nuance though, imagine instead of shouting - the manager starts to berate your performance constantely.
