I have 2 jobs. One of them is at the mall as a janitor for a well known clothing retailer in America. Luckily I usually work at night but sometimes I have to work around a lot of foids putting shit away etc. while I'm sweeping and cleaning. The foids who I work around dress practically naked (srs) like crop tops and very short shorts. As I walk by them, they will purposely cover up or give me a disgusted look.

I typically have my earbuds in but lately some dumbass roastie who isn't even my boss is telling me I can't wear them anymore (lolwut) even though there is no costumers past 10pm. She's also telling me I work too slow (srs) and that I need to finish cleaning quicker so I can help her do some extra shit. JFL. Now I can't wear my earbuds and have to listen to these fucking roasties talk about their social lives and boyfriends which they didn't even earn. They just exist. I'm so fucking pissed rn ngl boyos. Should I rope?

It's a weird situation. She's not my manager but she's the manager of a different store in the mall. My manager is a guy who I get along with really well. Everytime I'm around this bitch she complains about me not finishing quick enough. Pisses me off. I'm not sure if I should say anything back as I don't want to lose this job yet. One day. She got so fucking mad at me for ignoring her orders of not wearing headphones she took me to some head manager and he was some based as fuck Muslim who said I can wear them while I'm not working with customers hahahaahahahaha I should have seen her face of defeat. It was glorious.

I just say ok to all this dumb foids and then I do my own thing anyway lol. It even gave me status at my work. I basically did what I wanted and people got used to that. Good times...

I hate it boyo. I got it through "networking" because I'm just a literal autist that I fail all my interviews. I work the most lowly of positions and am treated like garbage by literally everyone except my actual manager. It's ragefuel in so many different ways. It has worsened my mental state, and I spend what little cash I have on booze, cigs, fast food. While I can't cope in peace and have to listen to roasties summer weekends.

i’ve had similar jobs and all of them tell me to hurry i laugh so hard to myself when they say this. u want me to hurry for minimum wage? shove a broom up ur ass. another thing i do is leave the job without giving my two weeks to piss them off. i recommend that. none check references i’ve done it at every job and i still get hired. i also like to try to do as little work as possible as my own personal game to see how much i can get away with without being fired
