In my experience, the most hurtful thing to say to a woman is to call her average. The reason why is that she will be more inclined to believe that you're being honest with her. Compare that to just calling her an "ugly bitch", she will rationalize to herself that you only insulted her because you were angry, not because you actually felt that way.

Definitely a fact… I’ve unintentionally drove my little cousin crazy calling her that.
Her: “How would you rate me? Do I look okay Is my acne that bad?”
Me: “Hmmmm… I’ll give you… a 6-7/10 or a “C”, I’ve seen worse.
Her: You’re so mean! You called me ugly!!!
Me: Come now… You haven’t grown yet… Those pimples will go away eventually.
Think of yourself as… “the perfect average”…
