If you want an actual answer:

Most men do care about the body count of a potential partner, but only if they are looking for something long term. In the short term, women with high body counts are just seen as easier to fuck and/or less likely to get attached afterwards. There is no thought going through a Chads head about the future or how fucked up a girl might be if he is just looking to pump and dump.

While looking for a long term girlfriend most dudes with options (non orbiters/betas/us) care a lot about body count and will disqualify people because of it. This is why you see Chad run around and fuck 146 women in College and end up with a virgin/low body count female to marry still.
