There is really only one reason that involuntary celibacy is so widespread today, and that is sexual freedom. Male biology is to fuck as many women as possible (if a an uglyish or fat girl wants to fuck, then great! - the more the better), whereas female biology is to want to fuck the most attractive hunkiest guy she can get and be utterly disgusted by guys less attractive than she can get. What ends up happening when you enable sexual freedom is the attractive hunk in the school ends up keeping ALL the women sexually satisfied (attractive, average, ugly), whereas the average and ugly guys can get no women since the average looking women would rather share a Chad than have a monogamous relationship with an average looking guy. Dating apps like Tinder amplify this effect by making it really easy for women to find the Chad in town.

But women having jobs, and the other aspects of feminism not related to sexual freedom have very little to do with the present day's widespread male involuntary celibacy. Birth control and abortion hurt us because they reduce a woman's consequences for fucking Chad and therefore amplify sexual freedom. Ok, I guess maybe you can argue that having women having jobs keeps us incel because it amplifies sexual freedom by making it easier for women to get by without getting married. But always remember that all things that keep us incel ultimately boil down to one root cause: sexual freedom.

If 80% of men are considered less attractive than average there needs to be a balancing mechanism in society so that the average male has a shot at having a wife and children. It's not a "power" issue that needs to be "balanced". Men are powerful in lots of ways that women are not, but it does mean anything in terms of involuntary celibacy. There were past societies thousands of years ago where men had ALL the power, but there was still widespread involuntary celibacy because the king hogged all the women for himself. But the society of 200 years ago where men also had all the power was great for ugly and average men, and nearly every man was able to get a looksmatched wife. Why? Because people did not have multiple sexual partners. If you take away women's rights, things can go either way. It is only when you make it so that people are unable to have multiple sexual partners (this includes serial "monogamy") that involuntary celibacy is eradicated.

You forgot to mention that even if they can work, 90% of them are useless at jobs anyway and are not needed. To your point, this is why wages have "stagnated" as well. Employers used to have to pay men enough to take care of an entire family. Ever since feminism claws grasped, women now work, and employers only have to pay men (and women) half of the previous amount needed (relative to inflation of course).
