Women won't even LOOK AT YOU unless you are very good looking

This is one thing that I have noticed more than anything. I have some friends who are very outgoing and look somewhat average or even decent and get girls who are their match or more or less, sometimes through sheer effort, however women do not even look at them no matter how ugly the woman in question is.

The only men I see women looking at are very good looking men. Even in my office, there are 5 men and one woman and there is only one guy who I would say is very good looking who just happens to be the director and also a good friend of mine and the rest I would say are decent or even 6s and 7s yet the 50 year old 2 or 3/10 fat woman who works with us only ever looks at the very good looking guy. Whenever any of us speak to her she looks at him as we are talking and fixates her gaze on him. She isn't nasty or disrespectful to the rest of us but it's literally like we don't exist visually to her.

Men however notice all types of girls I've noticed, whether they be average or above or even less.

False. They look at you if you're a alien looking sub-creature. I get stares at all the time by both males and females. Thats why i hate going outside. Im constantly reminded of my subhumanity
