Well my idea is that only women would go to war so there would be no rape. Like feminism is countering history according to the 'suffering' of women through patriarchy, we need to have enough women go to war and only women go to war to counter the history of wars where only men fought. So what is fair is that we have only women going to war for the volume of the men only war deaths throughout human history. Once there is an equal number of men war deaths and female war deaths, then we can just stop war, but until that happens we probably need to manufacture war and send ONLY women to their death and that is fairness.

I would agree, but I think it has to be fair and not create any new persecutions. Men have gone to war through history and there was no subsetting of men so I think there should be no subsetting of women in this case. There's probably been about a billion male deaths from male on male violence, so we need to reach that number of women on women deaths for fairness. Once that number has been reached wars can be abolished, but until then the wars will need to be manufactured. We can use marketing to encourage whales to go to war, but the law will simply be "only women can go to war".
