I believe you're correct. This is something I remembered from my red pill days. Loyal, decent foids won't put themselves in situations where other men will have the chance to easily approach them. In this story, it's a good assumption that Bathsheba got her husband killed because she wanted to be a queen, and not "just a general's wife".

Most good traits are present only on men while women posses the worst ones, centered around manipulation and taking advantage of others. I have no idea how the women-are-wonderful effect became a thing.
