While taking birth control, most women prefer feminine men to masculine ones. This is interesting because what birth control does is trick women's brains into thinking they're pregnant. Thus women under birth control share the same subconscious mindset of pregnant women.

My theory is that they prefer more feminine males because women have evolved to seek out less masculine men to provide for them after being impregnated by a more masculine man. Thoughts?

Not less attractive men, they just seek out more FEMININE, that’s the key note you are missing. This is referring to them switching an interest between Chad to Prettyboy rather than Chad to normie.

The reason for that is that is because femininity is related to more emotional complexity, which implies the more feminine individual will have a greater attachment to the child and mother (which I guess in a way IS an innate seeking of a betabuxxer) than a more masculine one that is less emotional therefore less likely/willing to actually take care of either.

Flawed logic, but biology isn’t perfect.

i guess a woman on birth control is stuck in that irritating "bossy" phase of pregnancy all the time, where she's telling everyone what to do for her and using vocal fry all the time even when talking to her dad or her teacher, that is the biggest effect as far as i'm concerned, not that they want to seek out less attractive men

i know there was a study saying they preferred "less masculine" faces, but it depends because there are many degrees to that and many ways to interpret it
if i had to say, great hair and perfect skin, that's most of the "feminine" traits they're looking for, not recessed chins and tiny wrists/hands

it's possible that a man having a feminine "pushover" personality would be an advantage with some women if they already find him attractive enough, but honestly i think that being a pushover would hold you back so much in life, that it would be an overall disadvantage
