I've rarely ever seen or met a female atheist. Which is weird because you'd think there would be more. Pretty much all religions are misogynist by today standards. They tell woman that they are the property of their husband and need to obey him. That's a woman's worst nightmare. However most women are believe in God. Why? It's because women like the idea of there being a cosmic being (God) that is all powerful that will protect them but hate the idea of the institution associated with said God telling them not to be whores. They love God and hate his house of worship.
