Here's some watER that hasn't really been explained in detail, There is a common lie from foids in which they claim they put on makeup for themselves. This is a lie because these same women usually don't put on makeup when they are staying inside for the entire day. No makeup is for everybody else, She wants to look good for chad so that she can attract him and she wants to look for society so that society views her as beautiful. She wants to be seen as beautiful to inflate her own ego which is the same reason why those "alpha" guys want to look "tough" It's so they can feel like they are a of a higher class of people.

A man like me who has never been attractive even when I dressed nice and groomed my hair well has 0 reason to look good outside of inflating my own ego, But I don't value myself by societies views on me when it comes to looks, If it's not a woman looking to love me I simply do not care. So I don't groom myself unless I have to go work because being viewed positivity in my workplace based on normalfag standards is important for me keeping my job but when I'm grocery shopping I don't give a single fuck and usually have messy hair and wear my "poverty" clothes that have holes all over them, Because it doesn't matter.

Hell If showers weren't so relaxing I wouldn't shower at all because there is literally no point in smelling good for others when they absolutely no interest in you. Forunately for them showers are one of the only ways I can still relax in my poor mental state.
