That's a false comparison btw, a body builder physique isn't "natural", no male "naturally" looks like that, these guys are on specific "nutrition plans" just to keep their body with EXCESS of what is required to maintain muscle mass so they can maintain these physiques. This isn't arnold "in his prime", no body builder is "in their prime", all of them are in a state of "exceeding their prime", their bodies literally shouldn't be that size or have that much muscle mass. Even steroids are involved a lot of the time.
What you're doing would be like comparing base goku against goku in kaioken x10 form. That isn't really arnolds "natural state", now that he doesn't have to do all the extra shit you'll see his natural physique. His natural self when younger would be like the pic in the right but with less flab, more toning, and a little bit more bulk, but nowhere near the pic on the left.

A lot of this stuff I think really just depends on the individual. I've known people who look 50 at 30 and I've known people who stay looking like they're in their 20's well into their 40's. Genetics is probably the biggest factor, but diet (and of course minor surgical stuff if you can afford it) plays a big role too.
And stay away from hard drugs for one I'd say. EVERYBODY I've ever known that does that shit ends up looking bad and older than they are. Not worth it.
