It increases the chance significantly, but the chance is very low to begin with so even when significantly increased the chance is still pretty low. It's a red pill cope to believe that women in their 40s can't successfully reproduce. I don't know many women in general and I know 3 who became mothers in their 40s and their kids turned out fine.
