Speak for yourself, males excel naturally at acquisition of currency/wealth as well as making that wealth grow, and that's on itself doesn't involve women anyway. e.g. 9 houses can be rented for passive income. And of those who buy 2+ cars, almost all are collectors and don't buy them to drive daily on them. Those can be exclusively used to live a life of luxury and not to attract women, simply because rich guys don't need to, they can just escort away with deluxe prostitutes.

Women don't need 10 cars either, and they live along their husband/beta so there would be no difference in number of houses needed.
