Average foid starts taking strong painkillers the moment they get their first period, then they'll often switch to birth control (both to ride the cock carousel and avoid this basic biological function), then, often still in their teens, they hop on antidepressants and/or similar mood controlling meds (lithium, antipsychotics for BPD foids). When they're in their 20s their bodies start to give out, their thyroids get fucked really fast and at this point prolly half of the foids in their 20s need thyroid meds (and the ones that don't use them yet just suffer from brainfog and sheit). Then they get endless autoimmune diseases that prevent them to live normally (like Mikhaila Peterson) and they'll play around with drugs, supplements, extreme diets to control it, but it'll prolly only make things worse, cos they rely on shitty online broscience. As they get older, they hit menopause and their bodies completely give out: osteoporosis, mental side effects of menopause (many will take hormone replacement or some kinda natural solutions like phytohormones). Oh, and don't forget that most foids suffer from iron deficiencies and many will fall to various eating disorders that will deteriorate them even further.
Remember that the people who call us "weak and entitled" because we don't want to become homeless due to our ugly faces literally can't survive without endless drugs and the entire society catering to them, for them simping is a matter of SURVIVAL. Men are expected to be strong alpha men who don't show any weakness until the day they die: while men are expected to take viagra to be at top sexual performance, while foids need to castrate themselves in their teens cos muh painful periods. Any time a man shows any weakness he gets bullied tirelessly (by women), but women aren't even expected to be fertile or able to survive on their own.
