Tell his siblings it is their job to always protect him and stand up for him.

Put very few/easy responsibilities on him while quickly increasing his freedoms.

Forgive him easily when he fucks up.

Never punish him in any way when he fucks up. A stern talking to will be the worst he has to fear.

Never put him to any physically demanding work.

Always presume the best of him. He is good, honest and smart by default.

Always tell him how strong, intelligent, skilled and talented he is, independently of his achievements.

Tell him, if he does not get his way, it is societies fault and he can expect society to change accordingly.

Mystify him. His emotions and actions may not make sense to you a lot of the time, but they follow a secret logic.
