If a place is hiring, they'll naturally want a woman over a man. That's how pathetic things are right now.

Obviously, that doesn't apply if you're extremely skilled at something or a genius, but I'm not talking about exceptions to the rule, I'm talking about the average person.

Of course, they're not bending backwards to become garbagemen and construction workers. Those are the jobs of the future - for men. That's what most men will work as.

Women will be the executives and the managers. They'll sneak their way into every position available, even if a man has to do the work of 3 women who gossip all day. As a man, you'll need to be top 10% to get a good job. As a woman, you need to be barely competent and you'll rise above everyone.

Of course, this doesn't affect me. My country is so fucked there are no good jobs to give away. So, check mate!

To make the devil advocate, if you where a chad boss, would you hire more men or women, i think the latter because they would give you free sex:feelsbadman:. Women suck at any given job, other than talking care of children (and only a few) , yet they hire those bitches because of their looks.
 
True, most jobs in the future will need strong interpersonal skills. Given how many thirsty men there are out there, hiring a women to exploit this will be a no brainer.
 
Nearly all the foids that graduated with me (both in my undergraduate and graduate program) have gotten jobs quickly. Half (easily) of the guys struggled to get jobs or switched careers.

Of course because women are more obedient and easier to harass. Men often stand up for themselves. Nobody needs a productive worker anymore, all work today is done by computers and machines anyway, all people have to do is press buttons. Thus men became completely worthless and obsolete.
 
By the way, it's a very good thing notation was anonymous in my graduate program.
At least, written exams. I got excellent grades. Far better than women's.
Oral exams, i barely got average grades... when stacys probably just had to smile. Tee-hee.
 
I don't know about other places, but where I live, the hiring department (Human Resources) of every company is composed mostly of only women. Mainly psychology graduates.
So yeah, they just hire other women or chads for jobs.

A measure aimed at boosting female employment in the workforce may actually be making it worse, a major study has found.

Leaders of the Australian public service will today be told to "hit pause" on blind recruitment trials, which many believed would increase the number of women in senior positions.

Blind recruitment means recruiters cannot tell the gender of candidates because those details are removed from applications. It is seen as an alternative to gender quotas and has also been embraced by Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Victoria Police and Westpac Bank.

In a bid to eliminate sexism, thousands of public servants have been told to pick recruits who have had all mention of their gender and ethnic background stripped from their CVs. The assumption behind the trial is that management will hire more women when they can only consider the professional merits of candidates. Their choices have been monitored by behavioural economists in the Prime Minister's department — colloquially known as "the nudge unit".

Professor Michael Hiscox, a Harvard academic who oversaw the trial, said he was shocked by the results and has urged caution."We anticipated this would have a positive impact on diversity — making it more likely that female candidates and those from ethnic minorities are selected for the shortlist," he said ,"We found the opposite, that de-identifying candidates reduced the likelihood of women being selected for the shortlist."

The trial found assigning a male name to a candidate made them 3.2 per cent less likely to get a job interview. Adding a woman's name to a CV made the candidate 2.9 per cent more likely to get a foot in the door.

"We should hit pause and be very cautious about introducing this as a way of improving diversity, as it can have the opposite effect," Professor Hiscox said.
 
I think this is bullshit. Every businessman with over 90 IQ would hire guys to do the actual work and would hire females only for HR/ secretaries. This is what I've noticed.
 
That's true, I was applying for this job but get rejected every time until I got "lucky" and was called for an interview, and during the interview I asked why I was getting rejected and the interviewer CUCK unironically says that they only hire FOIDS for now, note this job I was applying for is for engineer position.
 
No society wants that women have worst jobs just like preWWs societies didnt want to send their women to warfront.

There is not wars like before anymore, but privilegie that women always had are now transformed and adapted to fit in the post WW world.

Society wants that women get nice jobs and succesful in the live while men have those jobs than ppl dont want for women. Nobody wants women are majority of homeless they want that women are so less female homelles as is posible, therefore society needs that men are homeless, who fail in school and so on, otherwise the women would be the ones who be there instead.

A society where only 1 in 4 homeless are women also needs that 3 of 4 homeless are men. A society where 66% of students with a degree are female needs that 33% of students with are degree are men, and so on

I used to own a music store - in the 90s. I need a saturday assistant to pour coffee for customers etc and put an ad up in the local university notice board. I had 30 applications - 13 from men. I trashed the men's applications and interviewed the girls. They were all 6+ and I had a tough choice choosing. She was great to have around and certainly increased trade.
