TL;DR: Long before women had rights, they openly admitted that they could influence politics just as easily without rights, by forming lobbies and manipulating simp politicians. Nothing has changed, society is still full of these female lobbies and they still control everything on local and national level. Check the gender ratio in key positions of power, like HR departments, local housing, landlords, home-owners association etc.
Women do not have issues getting jobs and housing - men do.
