So what's really going on here?
Is there really an innate bias in the law, or is there practical issues with Jailing women that are too embarassing to be common knowledge -- I.E. No female prisons and therefore women cannot even be jailed.

Is there really an innate bias in the law,
Wow, that's crazy! Imagine that... :feelsjuice:

They build bullshit 24/7 they could easily put up female prisons if they really wanted to.

Women are more useful to the system outside of prison spending men's money.

Yes. Women kill babies because hormones, bigot. Get on with the time.

there is no innate bias in the law since the law does not state that woman should be sentenced less, the genders should in theory be equal under the law, its the cuck judges who give them lighter sentences.
It finds large gender gaps favouring women throughout the sentence length distribution (averaging over 60%), conditional on arrest offense, criminal history, and other pre-charge observables. Female arrestees are also significantly likelier to avoid charges and convictions entirely, and twice as likely to avoid incarceration if convicted. http://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.2144002
but ofc you will never hear anyone talking about the fact that females get far lighter sentences for the exact same crime, absolute :feelsclown:world

I would guess it's male judges who primarily giving them lighter sentences. I have read somewhere that male judges are less likely to award alimony to the husband.
The judge who freed the woman that killed her dad for not taking her to a hair appointment was a woman idk about the others.

Holy! So, the male-on-male violence/malice/competition just doesn't stop at finding a mate? So, did foids really evolve much or is it just a halo effect of simps handing everything to foids on a silver platter?

But muh patriarchy

I think I’ve changed my mind

After hearing many Reddit arguments I believe women should be allowed to murder children without consequence and I apologize for my sexism in this regard, it was uncalled for, for me to criticize such strong, brave women.

Running over and killing 3 children and maiming another, should be a misdemeanor for women, it’s crazy to think she was actually sentenced to 4 years prison! Sexism is disgusting.
