As highly "educated" people are (years in school), there are no significant advantage in the job marked to have some education. Jobs have started to reduce pay and increase requirements as they have more people to choose from. It has reached a point were the student debt and loans exceed the payoff. It only starts paying off one you reach 40.

When a large number of women became biologist pay fell by 18%. Also for men in those fields.
When women became designers wages in that field fell by 34%. Also for men in those fields.

Modern women have to use their 20 and early 30 to pay off student debt, and can only afford to start a family at 34+.

Reminds me of the Russian Soviet Union, two of the smartest men after the collapse of the Soviet Union were interviewed and questioned why they chose the profession of lowly boiler room mechanics when they were capable of accomplishing so much more in their lives, their response was, "In the end, we knew the Soviet Union was going to collapse eventually in the near future where we felt it wasn't worth it to expand our studies in the college setting upon that realization alone."
