Most virgins are under 18. I've seen guys on incel forums thinking "early 20s virgin is still possible to find". Yea maybe some poor/rural non-Western girl.
Most girls have no real reason to go to college other than to sleep around. Much of the "useful" work women do is just a substitute for raising children. Teachers, day care, etc.

These are the only two points that don't have "child" or "minor" in them. Meaning they can use that a reason to ban any sex doll. That bill passed in the House in 2018 but wasn't voted on in the Senate so it expired at the end of the congressional term. There is now an identical bill called the "JUSTICE Act of 2019" that will make it through if they get to vote on it.
