The popular women's shampoo brand Lóreal's slogan is "because you're worth it".
Imagine that being Gillette's slogan for their shaving machines marketed at men. It just doesn't work.
Why? Because in society, women are "worth it" by just existing - men have to earn their worth.
It's a small observation that speaks of a big difference between the genders.
