Mogs me. I'm at healthy 15% tbh. I should leanmaxx to 8-9% tbh. Once I started leanmaxxing my physique improved a lot. My biceps are 14 inches and they look pretty shredded, can't wait to see how my body will look at low bf. I'm honestly fine with my current body fat but there's something about being diced to the gills that's so appealing to me. Seeing the separations in your arms and deep cut abs in the mirror while gymcelling is a wonderful feeling. And of course, it improves face as well.
