Yeah, no shit. I wake up after 4-5 hours almost every night and struggle to fall back asleep. Even when I sleep 8 hours start to end, it is not as good as 8 hours without waking up.

YOUNGER people in general 'require' more SLEEP in order for 'growth'.
And because of how early school started when I was in high school, I only was able to sleep 5-6 hours a day back then. I felt like dogshit every day from the lack of sleep. I wonder if I would have grown taller had I been allowed to sleep enough
BRUTAL! Only (5-6) hours? Back in those days man, I would at least get (10-12) hours of GOOD sleep. Though still, my GOOK genetics NEVER allowed me to grow TALL.
