The pain you will have to go through and side effects are not worth the few inches. No more heavy lifting, no more running, etc. You would also look disproportionate.

if the procedure goes right you should be able to retain 90% of your physical ability so you would still be able to run and lift.
And the proportions thing... You can be tall or short with any leg to torso ratio, if your current ratio is within the average range your legs won't look abnormally out of proportion to a normie. And if anything, having longer legs is more aesthetic than a longer torso.
3-4 inches can mean a lot for turbo manlets, imagine going from 5'3 deformed tier to 5'7 Tom cruise height (manlet but at least human being, its at a point where its possible to compensate with face)
Or imagine going from 5'6 to 5'10. From very short to slightly above average. It would be life changing.
