I can't do anything on my damn PC because unexpected errors keep occurring. Get real, man. I'm downloading Linux instead of this piece of donkey shit that can't even run Audacity without crashing.

Before you say it's my PC and not Windows, it isn't. I used to have Windows 10 on the same computer and this wouldn't happen.

That's why I run gentoo linux switched to linux a decade ago and never looked back love it

You just gave me another reason to make the switch. I think I'll do it right now, actually

Use OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, Debian 12 or Fedora. Mint is cucked since it's based on Jewbuntu (Ubuntu prefers you use the snaps store rather than the sudo apt package manager), Arch and Gentoo are for tinkerers/troons and Slackware is an old piece of shit.

Just use regular Debian, you have more control over your DE of choice.

I don't reccomend starting with any hard distros, stick with something easy to get the hang of things but most games run quite well on linux nowadays and its nice and stable for updates. I'd reccomend Linux Mint, Bazzite, or Ubuntu. If your okay with some terminal work I'd reccomend arch

I'll go with Mint

I've never heard of this distro before but at a cursory glance I see the appeal. A lot of people don't use linux since it interferes with their ability to play games. I only use my computer for reading books or academic papers so this never bothered me.

Yeah its one of the more niche distro's not a lot of people know about it outside of people who sit on linux forums all day, and while I haven't personally used it myself I reccomend it to a lot of people who worry about linux gaming and they've always reported back with pretty good results so It's one of my go too's to reccomend
