Discussion Willingness to listen

it it said, we have one mouth and two ears, we should listen more then we speak. I've often found it complicated how one can listen and comprehend arguing parties and bring them together, I have even seen it possible to bring a homosexual and white supremacist together at the table. Truly amazing!

What do you think? Do you often listen more to others or are more apt to speak your piece first?
