Cliché example, but you know Walter White from Breaking Bad?...
The character that got to a point in his life where he could just stop and enjoy what he had earned for himself? Even if half of it was Jesse's too.
He had enough money to live carefree, and he had an opportunity to quit and stop while he was ahead.
But he didn't, because he didn't want just a lot of money and power, he wanted all of both.
Which lead to his death and the destruction of his family.
My point is, no amount of empowerment is enough for women. They want supremacy. Which they already have. Women in the US, Brazil, European countries, and many others that are escaping my mind right now, they all live in female supremacist societies.
Even when a attempt is made to take away a right of their, the entire country will turn upside down to make sure it doesn't happen.
They won already. But it's not enough.
