That would require some heavy cultural shifts. Before incels make into the movies, it would be easier for them to get into the books. If a skilled enough writer manages to get such character to be sympathetic (a huge challenge, given how incels are universally hated) and a significant number of such authors make works that sell well, then maybe you could see a movie with such characters. Doesn't seem like anyone is trying to do this, though.
