It's possible. However just as @FamilyGuy1999 well pointed out. The advancement in technology may very well stop this. With the use of porn and propaganda on tv and the internet keeping the male populice docile and with fridges making sure that everyone is well fed, it seems unlikely any revolution can take place. Unless the revolutionary forces would manage to get rid of electricity on a massive scale. Without electricity your average man would not be kept docile for long.
