Considering that women have become increasingly hypergamous and stricter with their sexual choices, would it be unreasonable to assume that in 50 to 100 years incels simply won't exist (or exist at lower rates)? If women keep practicing eugenics the way in which they are, ugly men will see a precipitous decline in their reproductive success, thereby eliminating ugly genetics from the gene pool and likely increasing the attractiveness of the genetic market.

No, you cannot select for looks in terms of eugenics, only very broad features like hair and eye colour. There will always be ugly people because the traits that are good for females are not good when passed down to males and vice versa.

Anyway, it is all relative, bottom 20% of men will exist all the time and eugenics is a continuous process that never ends.

not at all, incels have always been a thing, it's just that rn it is worse than it's ever been and way more noticeable.
chads and high SMV are relative to the current market as well as incels are, just look up on history and you'll see that there were a lot of manlets, people with godawful eye area, etc. back then.
