I would imagine the desire itself would decline with age because hormones, but you would feel even more alienated and outcasted cause virtually nobody is still a virgin by then.

The need for sex goes down over time, especially if you're depressed. Or maybe it's only the desire for sex (hornyness) that goes down; as far as I know sex has some health benefits, especially for men.

The desire for intimacy may go down as you become one with the blackpill, but there's still a need for it and if it isn't satisfied, your stress and loneliness levels tend to remain higher than they should be.
