In such case, two scenarios come to mind: Bunch of desperate normies and sub5s sharing a below average or average foid, in a way to not be deemed as incels and suppress their sexual and affective misery. Hence that landwhale with 5 boyfriends.

Our society is too sexualized for us to end up like Japan any time soon. Conventional marriage will be a rarity In the future, and I honestly think most women will NOT miss it. We will soon see Chads cohabitating with two or three women but never marrying any of them, while the average man rots - at least until the sex bots come in - but this won't happen until many, many years into the future.

I think it will be both. More subhuman foids whoring themselves out to desperate normies, more chads with harems, but also a lot of women who wait their whole lives for chad to commit, lots of men going volcel because they can only get trashy women, and of course lots of incel subhuman men. People who end up in functional monogamous relationships will be a minority, for sure.
