Yes, people will become prettier, that's how nature works. Human race is constantly growing; we are getting taller and taller with every generation. And with that, standards are rising as well. The only way to 'truly' fix the incel problem would be to somehow change human nature, via science, and rid ourselves of sexual attraction of any kind.
