Will Europe rearm and thus cut social spending´?

Interesting times we living in. USA is nolonger capable of holing onto what they had before. The world has changed.


Now Europe is more and more on its own. Without the USA spending on miliatry they now have to rearm themselves. But that will mean either 1. cuting on social programms i.e welfare, pensions or 2. Raising already high taxes and taking more and more debt every year whilst maintaning their welfare states.
