Will employers see stuff I did in middle school

In middle school aka secondary school, I was late a ton, bunked a ton and when 16yrs old, got caught with n word on my screen so me being racist went on school record and I got in a fight once also at 16 yrs old

Ik I will never b able to get a reference from anyone at secondary school but will employers know about this stuff in any way?
