What are the charges?

Also, I doubt it. Only a small number of autists only care about Chris-Chan or whatever.

he will probably take an insanity plea

A Juror Committed Misconduct

Jurors are given specific instructions on what they can and cannot do while in the jury, which can range from not watching television (the O.J. Simpson murder trial jury was infamously sequestered without TV for months) to not speaking to attorneys or witnesses. If a juror violates the rules laid down by the judge, a mistrial may be declared.
imo Chris Chan jury members are ihighly likely to get exposed to information about Chirs Chan possibly compromising the trial

no exact charges known yet but likely he will have a few charges such as

incest charge, supposedly class 5 felony in Virginia, also possibly some version of a rape or elder abuse.

true he took a plea before during the Michael Snyder arc despite his parents wasting like $50k on a lawyer, to get same plea deal as before :feelskek:

During voir dire, they'll ask if any potential juror has any prior knowledge of the case or was exposed to pretrial publicity. Anyone who says yes will be excused. It's that simple.

You're also making the assumption that there will be a jury trial. The majority of criminal cases in the U.S. at both the federal and state levels do not go to trial, a plea deal is more common.
