most people don't believe in determinism, which is heavily related to the blackpill and the incel dogma.
normies believe that being actionable and motivated is the solution to everything (if not most things). incels theorize that every future or present state can be explained by things that happened before (genetics,bad experiences,precedents etc), therefore. there is no use to arguing with normies.

also, normies take things very personally (even if they don't seem upset). anything you say about yourself will be eventually revealed to the public. so be very careful.
the reason for that,they believe everyone has your best interest and everyone should know everything about everyone. you want to avoid that much as possible.
 
Their advices tbh may actually work, but for them or above only. Incels should not only avoid advices or talking to them about that stuff but being friend with them too.
