Most divorces are initiated by women. Divorce is bad because it increases men's suicide. Well, in slavery, the femoid slave can't break the contract. Yeah, slavery is a form of marriage. Perhaps emancipation increased suicide.
Marriage has benefits like living longer and being happier. Perhaps this also applies to marriage. Slaveowners and slaves will live longer and will be more happy than free people and non-slaveowners.
Hebrews 13:4 says, "Marriage should be honored by all." Slavery should be honored by all. Mark 10:9 says "what God has joined together, let no one separate." Slavery is what God has joined together and no one should support emancipation for it separates the two.
