The truth is they don't need to because they are approached constantly. Would you bother asking any girls out if there was a line of them presenting themselves to you? No, you wouldn't because you would just need to wait for a short period of time for a woman you liked to present themselves to you and simply say yes. That is how it is for the majority of woman.
