they only make Surface laptops. Apple has advantage due to their ARM SoC which is energy efficient and powerful, Intel and AMD are lagging behind in this regard.

because most windows "laptops" are flimsy plastic pieces of shit that insult you with pre-installed crapware, built-in ads, trash battery life, overheating, and low grade parts that burn out after a few years. Even expensive "gaming" laptops are trash. PCs are low-profit commodities now so the companies just try to out-jew each other by ripping the consoomer off

macs certainly have their flaws (it's apple's way or the highway) but at least it feels like they are trying to build a respectable product to earn your money. They have been excellent since they dropped the intel chips and switched to apple silicon

only way to get a non-slop windows machine is to build a desktop or get a business laptop
